Day to day

What the AI handles.

The routine work that eats an owner’s week. The assistant drafts and prepares. You decide what goes out.

01

Inbox and follow-ups

Sorts incoming mail, flags what needs you, and drafts replies and follow-ups so nothing slips.

02

Daily industry and competitor brief

A short morning read on your sector, your competitors and anything in the news that affects you.

03

Sales pipeline and prospecting

Researches target accounts, keeps the pipeline current and drafts outreach for your approval.

04

Weekly tender and RFP scan

Checks public tender and RFP sources each week and lists the ones worth a look, with deadlines.

05

Content

Social posts, short videos, product sheets and website updates, drafted in your voice.

06

Documents

Decks, one-pagers, meeting summaries and board packages, built from your notes and files.

07

Scheduling and reminders

Keeps your calendar organized, books meetings and reminds you of the dates that matter.

08

Finance support

Organizes records for your accountant and builds simple dashboards so you can see where things stand.

Investor readiness

Ready before anyone asks.

Investors, lenders and buyers look for the same things. We help you have them in order before the conversation starts.

01

Corporate story and pitch deck

A clear account of what the business does, where it is going and why it is worth backing, turned into a deck investors and lenders can follow.

02

Data room and lender diligence

Documents gathered, named and organized the way a lender, buyer or investor expects to find them.

03

AI IR Audit for private companies

Our IR Audit, adapted for a company that is not yet public: how your story, materials and online presence would read to an outside investor, and what to fix first.

04

Path options

A plain look at the routes open to you, including a private placement, a reverse takeover, or a listing on the CSE or TSXV, and what each would ask of the company.

How it works

Three steps.

Simple to start, and easy to adjust as you go.

01

Discovery call

A 20-minute conversation about your business, where your time goes and what you want to achieve.

02

Two-week setup

We connect the assistants to the tools you already use and set them up around your priorities.

03

Monthly retainer

The assistants work every day. Dean reviews all output and checks in with you each month.

Human in the loop: nothing goes out without your approval.

Questions

Asked by owners.

What happens to my data?
Your information is used only to do your work. We agree up front which accounts and files the assistants can reach, access can be limited or removed at any time, and nothing is shared with third parties without your approval.
Do I need technical skills?
No. We handle the setup and keep things running. You work the way you do now, through email and the tools you already use.
What doesn’t the AI do?
It doesn’t make decisions for you, send anything without approval, or replace your lawyer, accountant or financial advisor. It is not investment advice. It prepares the work; people review it.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The retainer is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
