The mandate, named.

Eight lines of work. The IR audit is typically first. We do not promise coverage, a re-rating, or volume. We prepare the work. You approve the send.

01

IR Audit

A structured review of the IR program a Canadian small-cap already shows the street: disclosure quality, website and SEDAR/SEDAR+ presence, shareholder materials, targeting, broker coverage, and the media and social footprint, including X.

First drafts of the pack are prepared with Grok Bot and QC’d by a principal. We work from public sources unless you later open a data room. Findings are tagged as observation, IR judgment, or a matter for counsel. This is not a CPA audit, not legal advice, and not investment advice.

The pack includes an investor-targeting list drawn from public analog coverage and a gap report with prioritized 30-, 60-, and 90-day actions. Parties are identified. They are not contacted until you retain us to send.

Who it is for CSE, TSX Venture, and other Canadian reporting issuers, and private companies preparing public visibility. Boards that want a first read before a retainer.

Deliverable Written diagnostic: scorecard, website-versus-filing observations, peer compare, targeting list, and a 30/60/90-day close-the-gaps list.

A free, public-source IR hygiene snapshot is on this site if you want an instant first look at what a single page fetch can already see. The comprehensive IR Audit is CAD $299. A principal reviews that work.

02

Investor engagement

Incoming and outgoing communication with shareholders, brokers, analysts, and the buy-side and sell-side investment community. The work is the conversation the issuer is already in, handled with a single standard of voice.

Drafts come back for your eye. Nothing is emailed, posted, or said on your behalf until you approve a specific send. Quiet periods and blackout windows stay yours to name.

Who it is for Issuers that need a desk on the phone and the inbox, without standing up a full in-house IR office.

Deliverable A living contact rhythm, call notes, and drafts in your voice. You remain the sender of record.

03

Corporate literature

Decks, fact sheets, annual and quarterly narratives, and IR website copy. The literature should match what is already on SEDAR+ and should be dated.

We draft from your facts and your approved messages. We do not invent resources, reserves, or operating metrics. Technical disclosure stays with the qualified person and counsel.

Who it is for Issuers whose deck, site, and last filing no longer agree — or who have never had a fact sheet that can travel.

Deliverable Draft materials for issuer QC. Print-ready or web-ready files. You approve before anything is posted.

04

Broker outreach

Planning and organization of outreach: North American roadshows, trade shows, and investment conferences, and the broker and advisor lists that sit under them.

We prepare the list from public evidence. Outreach is a separate, gated mandate. We do not cold-call a name from an audit unless you have retained us to send, and we do not mix one issuer’s file into another’s.

Who it is for Issuers and IR firms that want a prepared book, not a spray of emails.

Deliverable Target lists, briefing notes, and a calendar. Sends wait for your instruction.

05

Regulatory filings support

Preparation of IR-adjacent materials and filing packages as drafts: news-release language, MD&A narrative support, and the packages that travel with a reporting cycle.

Boardmarker drafts. The issuer or counsel files. We do not hold out as a filing agent, and we do not opine on whether a filing is required, late, or in default.

Who it is for Reporting issuers whose IR desk sits beside counsel, not in place of counsel.

Deliverable Draft packages and a checklist of what still belongs to counsel or the transfer agent.

06

Market intelligence

Public tape, peer IR presence, and coverage maps. What moved, who already covers the analog set, what the website and the filings still disagree on.

This is observation. It is not a research report for investors, not a price target, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anyone’s securities.

Who it is for Management and boards who want a public-source read before a conference, a financing conversation, or a quarterly.

Deliverable A dated brief with sources. No invented prints.

07

Strategic planning

Regular dialogue with senior management and the board on the IR program, visibility, and how the story is told around a financing or a new business line.

We do not run a book, price a deal, or issue a fairness opinion. Financing communications stay inside what you have already disclosed or are prepared to disclose with counsel.

Who it is for Owner-led issuers that want IR in the room when the next twelve months are planned.

Deliverable A written IR plan, a calendar, and the questions the street is already asking in public.

08

X digital marketing

Institutional IR presence on X: voice and compliance guardrails, profile and pinning, a content calendar tied to newsflow and quiet periods, analyst, broker, and investor targeting, thread and post craft for results and milestones, engagement monitoring, and reporting.

This is IR communication, not hype and not stock promotion. We do not post until a named person at the issuer approves a specific item. Paid campaigns, if any, wait for a separate spend approval and for the issuer to consider exchange rules on promotional activity.

We do not undertake to grow a following by a stated number, and we do not pay for IR on the print or the volume of the stock.

Who it is for Issuers who want X treated as a disclosure channel with a calendar, not as an always-on feed.

Deliverable A voice note, a calendar, drafts, and a reporting pack. Posts stay on HOLD until you say post.

One-hour consulting CAD $399. Advice and best practices toward an effective X ad campaign, drawn from over 200 X campaigns launched to date. Consulting, not posting and not spend management. Not stock promotion. Fee is not tied to price or volume.

Pay $399 CAD — one-hour consulting Promotion code

Digital advertising management CAD $999 / month. Creative and posting from the issuer’s own X account. Ad spend stays in their X Ads account; they set the budget. The issuer’s X account must be verified (blue check / X Premium, or Verified Organizations) so Ads Manager will accept it. A principal still QC’s each send. Not stock promotion. Fee is not tied to price or volume.
