Boardmarker Group is a boutique investor-relations firm in Calgary. We work for Canadian public and private companies, with a particular focus on small-cap and nano-cap issuers that cannot staff a full in-house IR office and should not hire a promotional shop.
The work is judgment, access, and writing quality. We read what the street can already see, we write in the issuer’s voice, and we keep a wall between mandates. Nothing leaves this desk until you approve a specific send.
We are not counsel, not an auditor, and not a broker. Drafts are drafts. Filings stay with the issuer or the firm that files them.
